It is a global company with operating subsidiaries in Argentina, Spain, Mexico, the United States, Venezuela, Brazil, the United Kingdom, China, Australia, Chile, and the Netherlands. The company formed a strategic alliance with Kuhlman Electric Corporation, which has two manufacturing facilities in the United States and provides medium power, distribution, and instrument transformers and field engineering services for a variety of customers worldwide.
